Collection from S65 3SH (Free)	After your order has been processed and the items are ready for collection, you will be sent an email with collection details. You must bring a copy of the invoice (elrctronic / printed) when you come to colelct.
UK Mainland	We endevour to process all orders as quickly as possible. However, depending on the time that the order is placed and the workload in our warehouse, orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders are shipped for next day delivery and you will be notified by email. N.B. Orders containing Stainless Steel Pipes. To reduce delivery costs pipes are middled (cut into 2 pieces) which may add an additional time before shipping.
UK Mainland (Full Length Pipe)	We endevour to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped for next day delivery and you will be notified by email.
Non UK Mainland / Overseas (Request Delivery Charge)	You can select this service if your order delivery address is outside of our normal delivery areas and you want to confirm what the actual delivery charge would be before placing the order. Make sure you are logged in and have added all your order items to the basket and entered the correct delivery address. Then click the link to request delivery charge. The items in your basket will be saved automatically and you will receive an email with the delivery charge that will be added to your order. Once this is done, you can complete the checkout process. Please note we cannot guarantte that the items on your order are still in stock when your order is actually processed.
Non UK Mainland / Overseas (TBC: Pay Later)	Please select this service if your order delivery address is outside of our normal delivery areas. You can place your order and pay for the items as normal, without having to pay for the delivery charge. When your order is processed, you will be notified of the delivery charge and sent a separate payment link. Once the delivery charge has been paid, the order will be progressed to the warehouse for picking and shipment. You will receive a conformation email when your order is shipped.
